Our standard production policy is to guarantee every order is shipped out within 5 business days, however, the vast majority of our stamp orders normally ship out within 1-3 business days depending on workload, but cannot be guaranteed. This policy can be viewed at our shipping policy page.
Guaranteed Rush Orders are available two ways and you must telephone us for this option. In some situations, Next Day Rush Service may not have to be used if our workload is lighter than usual, and we can accommodate your delivery requirements. In almost all situations, the Same Day Rush Service will apply. Again, please call us to find out further information.
Same Day Rush Service:
Order must be received by 2:00pm EST to ship out the SAME day. A $16.00 charge per order will apply. This $16.00 charge applies up to 10 stamps ordered at the same time. Other stamp quantities are as follows:
11-15 stamps = 30.00
16-20 stamps = 40.00
21-25 stamps = 50.00
26-30 stamps = 60.00
31-35 stamps = 70.00
36-40 stamps = 80.00
41-45 stamps = 90.00
46-50 stamps = 100.00
For 51 or more, please call.
Next Day Rush Service:
Order must be received by 6:00pm EST to guarantee that it will ship out the next business day. A $13.00 charge per order will apply. This $13.00 charge applies up to 10 stamps ordered at the same time. Other stamp quantities are as follows:
11-15 stamps = 22.00
16-20 stamps = 28.00
21-25 stamps = 34.00
26-30 stamps = 40.00
31-35 stamps = 46.00
36-40 stamps = 52.00
41-45 stamps = 58.00
46-50 stamps = 64.00

These charges are in addition to the base price of the product ordered. If an item you are ordering does not fit these conditions
call for quote.
IMPORTANT:
These rush charges apply to in-house rush procedures and when your order will be guaranteed to leave our facility. Standard shipping times still apply. Our stamp orders are shipped via U.S. Mail, and you must allow for time in transit from the time it leaves our facility.
However, your order can be shipped out Next Day Air via Airborne Express or UPS to receive it the day after it was shipped. There is a charge of $15.00 for up to 3 stamps. For 4-6 stamps, the charge is $19.00. This is recommended if you must have your order by a certain date. Please contact us for next day air freight rates on quantities over 6 stamps. You may also elect to have your order shipped next day air without electing to utilize our rush service. Again, please contact us for what options are best for your situation.
Our goal is to meet the demands of all of our customers by supplying products of the highest print quality on a scheduled basis. We, therefore, reserve the right to not accept an order on a Rush basis. Plant time in some instances may not be available, i.e. Holidays, peak production times or Acts of God. Good planning generally eliminates the need for rushes, but we know the occasional rush is certainly warranted and hope this policy will help with those times when Rush orders are absolutely necessary.
