If the item that you are ordering is a custom stamp, you will type the stamp imprint information along with any additional instructions further on in the checkout process in our custom design wizard. You will be able to see your design in real time and revise it as you see fit until you like it. If ordering multiple stamps with different imprints you may provide instructions so we know which stamp is connected to each imprint. Simply add the first stamp to your cart. Click Continue Shopping. Add the next stamp. Continue the process again or proceed to checkout.

If you have your own artwork file ready to go and would like us to use it instead of you designing it in our custom design wizard, that is ok with us. Please email your artwork file to art@promotesource.com along with any instructions and reference your order number. You can bypass our custom design wizard by typing "I will email my artwork" in the first text box of the custom design wizard. Rest assured we will contact you if we have any questions on your order.

If the item above that you are ordering is a replacement ink pad, ink, a stock stamp, or any other item that does not require customization, you do not need to type any stamp imprint information.
